Exchanges & Returns Request

At LowKure, we aim to create intentional products that hold value and purpose. To maintain this care and quality, we kindly ask that customers purchase mindfully.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  1. Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
  2. Item is returned in its original packaging
  3. Proof of purchase is provided
  4. Customer covers return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We do not offer refunds except in cases of damage or error.

LowKure reserves the right to reject any returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused in transit.

  • LowKure StoryArt pieces: All sales are final and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of their artistic and collectible value
