Exchanges & Returns Request

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  1. Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
  2. Item is returned in its original packaging
  3. Proof of purchase is provided
  4. Customer covers return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We do not offer refunds except in cases of damage or error.

LowKure reserves the right to reject any returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused in transit.
